Normally the failure rate for the machine is very low, but we also need to do the regular maintence as follows:
1,Daily lubrication for the punch of the upper stitching head, Monthly take the stitching head apart to do cleaning and oiling
2, Regularly cleaning for lower stitching head because Small plating crumbs will accumulated on the punch
3,Cleaning the Double heads stitcher and put it back after oiling
4,Monthy grease lubrication the gear for the feeder belt spline shaft around left right baffle
5,Clutches and brakes should keep dry
6,Servo Motors must kept clean to avoid dust cover,the servo motor drive cooling dust filters should cleans often
7,Electrical control box should kept clean to avoid short circuit due dust cover
8,Inner and outer wire feeding wheel should remail flexible, regular grease lubrication
9,Fixed axis for the stitching head and left right baffle should cleaning while moving and oil lubrication
10,Oil lubrication for the Shaft for upper and lower stitching head,spline shaft,drive screw
11,Monthly grease lubrication for the gear and chain in the power transmission case
